It typically requires shorter treatment timelines and lower costs than traditional multi-implant approaches. The protocol achieves exceptional stability using as few as four strategically placed implants, combining efficiency with long-term predictability.

Why the All-on-4® treatment?

frequently asked
questions:

  • Although it is possible to place temporary teeth the same day most patients prefer to wait until they return the following business day to have their temporary teeth placed.

  • Healing time varies depending on bone density at time of implant placement, age, and overall health status. Generally, permanent teeth can be place between 4-6 months after your implants are placed.

  • In many cases, patient that already have dentures are still candidates for the All-on-4 procedure. However, the longer it has been since the teeth were extracted, the higher the likelihood that you will require bone grafting during or prior to the placement of dental implants.

  • Although it is not necessary to be sedated during the procedure, some patients prefer to be sedated. Patients who choose sedation are not completely asleep during the procedure but instead are moderately sedated and will respond purposefully when asked to cooperate during the procedure. Most patients that choose sedation have little to no recollection of the procedure after it is performed.
